Permit Sets
Permit Sets
Permit sets are an important part of your project, and at the same time that we’re developing your bill of material, we’re drawing the elevations that you need and we’re also drawing all the options that go along with it as well. In the past, many counties and towns would allow master building sets, where they would approve a set of 12 different plans, and each plan might have 14 options. So, in reality, you’d probably have about 250 different configurations.
Many municipalities are moving on from master permit sets and are looking for lot specific plans. But this can take a significant amount of time for builders. Since we have modeled it correctly at the beginning with the bill of materials, our designers can quickly put all these options together and send you your permit sets oftentimes in the same day you order them. After review, if you have to go back and modify your permit sets, we’re going to save you another two weeks alone, getting your revisions back to you quickly. And if you’re a regional or a national builder where you’re dealing with 60-70 lots per day that you’re trying to get out there to hit your goals, we can take care of that for you immediately with our back office because our infrastructure allows rapid scalability. We’re building it correctly to help simplify the entire process and cut time along the way for you.
